GamesResearch2025

Project Overview
Plucked is a mobile game that aims at helping the player reflect on bias and decision-making.
The game introduces the player to Thalia, a girl that has the power to shift into other beings minds. As she goes in her adventure, she shifts into chicken’s minds to solve puzzles, and makes narrative decisions.
Towards the end of the game, the player realize that they can shift into other people’s minds too, and see the world from their perspective. Revealing that the narrative decisions they’ve made along the way affect how other characters see them and relate to them.
Furthermore, the more they shift their minds to other people, the more the setting of the world slightly changes.
